made with care, honesty, and high-quality ingredients. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us,

and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because our products are made from natural ingredients and are intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons. However, we do stand behind the quality of our products and will always do our best to make things right.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns or offer replacements/refunds under the following conditions:

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of

delivery at Hello@LotionOilComfort.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Sale or promotional items
• Gift cards or samples

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an unopened item for another product, please contact us at [insert

email] before returning your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless

the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
